About
Expert oversight and precise reporting, locally owned.
Provision Inspections is a Twin Cities inspection company built on a simple idea: buyers, sellers and lenders deserve an honest, thorough answer about the condition of a property, delivered fast enough to actually use.
Our story
Founded to fix what frustrates buyers and agents.
Provision Inspections operates as Provisions Industries LLC, owned and led by Alex Gerasi. The company was started after seeing the same problems repeat across Twin Cities transactions: inspections booked weeks out, reports too dense to act on and inspectors who disappeared the moment the invoice was paid.
We built a different model. Availability is protected for active deals, reports are written for the people who have to make decisions from them and every client gets a direct line to the inspector who walked the property.
Today we serve home buyers, sellers, investors, real estate agents, trust deed holders and underwriters across Minneapolis, St. Paul and the surrounding metro with residential and commercial inspection services.
What we stand for
Four commitments on every inspection.
01
Precision
Every accessible system gets the same disciplined process. We do not skip attics, crawlspaces or roofs because they are inconvenient.
02
Clarity
A report is only useful if the reader understands it. Plain language, labeled photos and a priority rating on every finding.
03
Speed
Real estate runs on deadlines. We schedule fast, deliver within 24 hours and answer the phone when you call.
04
Independence
We work for the person who hired us. No referral kickbacks, no contractor upsells, no pressure.
Service area
The entire seven county metro.
Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Dakota, Washington, Scott and Carver counties. Ask about properties outside the metro.
